Return Policy
We value your business and want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the products you purchased and request a refund by following the process below:

Refunds must be requested within 15 days of purchase.

All products must be returned in the original packaging.
br>
Coffee and tea products must contain 85% of the original weight.
br>
Since all of our products are hand-made and assembled in house, a 15% labor charge applies and can not be refunded.

All refunds orders must have a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization). Packages without an RMA# will not be accepted. To request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), please send an email to support@beachroast.com.

A copy of the original receipt is required.

Shipping costs for orders and cost for returning products will not be refunded.

Beach Roast Coffee does not hold any responsibility for lost or damaged returns.
