Tea is indigenous to China, Tibet and Northern India. Although tea is cultivated in over 40 countries, the highest quality teas come from China, India, Taiwan and Sri Lanka.
Different methods of processing freshly plucked tea leaves determine the types and flavors of tea. The fermentation, or lack of it, determines whether a tea is white, green, oolong or black. The oxidization process turns the leaves black and they produce a brew with hearty flavor. White tea has the least processing and no fermentation. Green tea is not oxidized so the leaves stay green in color. It is light in color when infused. Oolong tea is between black and green tea. It is semi-oxidized, so the leaves turn greenish-brown.

Green has 12-15% Caffeine as compared to 1 cup of Regular Coffee
Oolong has 20-25% Caffeine as compared to 1 cup of Regular Coffee
Black has 50% Caffeine as compared to 1 cup of Regular Coffee
Flavored and Scented has 20-25% Caffeine as compared to 1 cup of Regular Coffee
Herbal Infusions are Caffeine Free
Mommy-to-be are Organic and Caffeine Free
